The completion of this Processing Units questionnaire does not lead to an audit decision and does not replace a certification audit. It only gives an indication of eligibility for SANE Scope certification.
If the pre-assessed unit is deemed eligible, the applicant will be requested to provide a copy of the existing certifications or other available documents endorsing the information provided.
If the compliance with all SANE requirements can be shown, the applicant will receive SANE Scope Certification upon payment of SANE's fees.
If the compliance with one or several SANE requirements can not be shown, the applicant will be connected to a third-party certifier who can perform an audit and deliver a SANE Scope Certificate to the Processing unit.
